1:1 PLAY

I’m a big dreamer. Always have been. But for years, the voices in my head made me believe I had to perform, pay attention, and be careful. That playing was something for later, once everything was “good enough.” Until I discovered that those were exactly the walls between me and my dreams. In my 1:1 sessions, I guide you through The Noniz Play Method©: a playful, deep journey through four layers of yourself.

pLAY WORKSHOPS

Come play in one of my play workshops, where we use the power of imagination, creativity, and childlike playfulness. We connect with our inner child, and from there I guide you on a journey through the experience of being a child.

Online Playground

The Online Playground is an ongoing online play space for adults.

Every week we meet live to play, create, move, and shift out of the mind and back into the body. This is not therapy and not a course.

Hey, I'm Nona 🤸‍♀️

I grew up in a small village in the Netherlands and have been an adventurer from a young age. I’ve lived on my own since I was 17, studied in different countries, and for the past years, I’ve been traveling the world.

Growing up, I always felt different. A big free spirit. Curious. Sensitive. Playful. Later, I was diagnosed with ADHD, something I once struggled with deeply.

For a long time, I tried to fit into a world that felt too structured, too serious, too small for who I was. Now I know: being different is my greatest strength.

And that’s exactly why The Noniz exists.
To help adults reconnect with their playful world, meet their inner characters, and remember who they were before life told them to be serious.
